All builders and plans must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee prior to commencing construction on any Lot.
Are there architectural design guidelines? What style of homes are allowed?
Yes. While a variety of styles are welcome in the community, the most preferred styles are Texas Vernacular, Spanish Colonial, French Country, and Texas Hill Country Modern.
What utilities will there be?
Creekside Estates has underground electricity, and fiber. Every homeowner will need to install their own water well and on-site septic facilities.
HOA
Does Creekside Estates have an HOA? What are the dues?
Yes, Creekside has an HOA. Assessments are $750 per lot, per year. The HOA uses dues to pay for neighborhood security cameras and monitoring, as well as maintenance of entry monuments and mailbox areas.
